Conditions - Private Consumer
Prices in the original currency Swedish krona (SEK) is in force. Deviation from the terms are valid only if both parties have signed special agreements regulating this.
Applicability
These sales conditions are applicable where Swedish or other applicable law do not provide conditions that are in conflict with them. For residential consumers, the consumer purchasing and Distance Contracts which also includes protection for AB Jacobsons Gothenburg.

Orders
Customer must be at least 18 years. Order made by another persons name without his consent, or otherwise ? as a result of AB Jacobsons Gothenburg suffer financial damage, a police reported will be filed. AB Jacobsons Gothenburg disclaims for typographical errors, errors in the

Shipping and cancellations
Orders received before 12:00 on Monday to Thursday will be processed the same day for delivery within 5 working days. Orders received on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the following Monday.
Delivery is by mail. Delivery of commissioned service under orders.
In cases where the client believes that the delivery is delayed in such a way that he no longer wishes to recive the goods, it is the customers responsibility to cancel the order in accordance with AB Jacobsons Gothenburg purchase terms. Cancellation after the order has become
available is not possible. In cases where orders have been dispatched, the customer is required to receive the order. Canceled product or service purchased or prepared specifically for the customer, are not possible.

Ownership right is reserved
All goods remain the AB Jacobsons Gothenburg property until fully paid.
Liability for defects
AB Jacobsons Gothenburg responsibility for errors in delivery is limited to existing sales conditions of AB Jacobsons Gothenburg, and bears no direct or indirect responsibility for example, but not limited to, inkompatiblilitet, delivery delays, downtime, data loss, additional work or other economic harm.
Complaints Terms and withdrawal
It is appropriate that the customer check the goods on delivery to verify that this is right, and unimpaired. The customer will recive a so-called RN (return number), which is then valid for 14 days.

The customer should write the received RN on a lable so that the original packaging is not damaged. Defective products returned to the AB Jacobsons Gothenburg

Private Consumers have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days according to Distance Contracts. The right to cancel applies under that Act only if the item and its original packaging can be returned in substantially unaltered state. The product may not be used. contact AB Jacobsons Gothenburg for obtaining a RN. Return shipping is paid for by the consumer.
For products that are custom made for specific customer, does not apply to current law, open purchase or withdrawal.
If an item is damaged, AB Jacobsons Gothenburg should be contacted within five days for information about compensation.
Unredeemed package
For package not picked up, and the package is returned to AB Jacobsons Gothenburg, we will charge a fee of 250: - SKR + VAT to cover AB Jacobsons Gothenburg costs of transportation and administration.
Transportation Damaged Goods
If a product from AB Jacobsons Gothenburg is damaged in shipment, regardless of whether damage is visible or hidden, must be notified immediately to the Swedish Post (phone 020-23 22 21) within 7 days.
Force Majeure
Event such as war, natural disaster, industrial action in the labor market, government decisions, failed deliveries from subcontractors, costly event, and thus comparable event outside of Gothenburg AB Jacobsons control, which is not reasonably to have been foreseen, is attributable to force majeure, which means
that AB Jacobsons Gothenburg does not have the obligations to fulfill contractual agreements.

In the event the final sale to the stated price has ended or because of that a sale item is out of stock, AB Jacobsons Gothenburg have the right to
cancel the purchase, and refund any amount paid in the best way. AB Jacobsons Gothenburg will also inform the customer about replacing or equivalent sales item is available
